Global Lead to life
This project spanned approximately two and a half months and involved a full creative production workflow. Using AI-powered image generation, I trained the system to create two consistent characters that carried the story throughout the video. The process included developing a detailed script, designing supporting visual elements, and building a coherent visual style through moodboards, storyboards, and design boards.
To bring the narrative to life, I collaborated with a professional voiceover artist, integrated AI-generated assets with motion graphics in After Effects, and carried out advanced video compositing to merge all elements seamlessly. The production also included audio editing, sound design, and final video editing to ensure a polished and engaging experience.
The result was a dynamic animated video that showcased Global Lead’s vision with innovation, consistency, and storytelling impact.

To create a consistent set of AI-generated characters that could carry the narrative across the entire video. One of the biggest hurdles when working with artificial intelligence was overcoming distortions in hands, faces, and proportions, ensuring that each frame looked natural and cohesive. Beyond character consistency, the project required the development of a detailed script and story structure that would align with the brand’s goals and deliver a smooth, engaging flow.

We curated a collection of visual references to define the overall tone and atmosphere of the video. Different animation styles and graphic directions were explored and presented to the client, helping align expectations and establish a clear creative path before moving into production.
From Script to Storyboard: Visualizing the Narrative Flow
We transformed the script into a structured visual plan, illustrating each scene with characters, actions, and transitions. The storyboard ensured narrative clarity, timing, and flow, serving as the blueprint for the animation phase.

Design Exploration
We used Freepik’s AI image generation to produce a series of initial visual concepts. These outputs were then carefully refined in Adobe Photoshop, enhancing details, correcting inconsistencies, and aligning the overall look to the project’s creative direction.
This stage went beyond simple image generation. It became a space for visual exploration, where styles, textures, and graphic variations were tested and defined. The refined visuals served as a foundation for moodboards, storyboards, and design boards, ensuring a consistent and professional creative path before moving into full production.

Image-to-Video Workflow
AI Video Generation
We transformed the refined images into dynamic video sequences using different AI video generation engines such as Freepik, Runway, and Vue 3. Each scene was created through carefully crafted prompts, ensuring consistency between initial and final frames.
This process allowed us to turn still visuals into animated sequences that aligned with the project’s creative vision. By maintaining coherence across actions, transitions, and environments, the videos preserved the style established during the design phase, ensuring a polished and unified narrative flow.
AI Video Assembly
& Editing
We assembled all AI-generated clips, each ranging from 5 to 8 seconds, into an initial sequence that served as the backbone of the video. This stage allowed us to structure the narrative flow, aligning scenes in the right order to prepare for advanced compositing.
From there, we integrated additional graphic elements, transitions, and motion enhancements. The process combined video editing with compositing techniques to merge all assets seamlessly, ensuring a cohesive and polished final result that elevated the project’s storytelling.

With the full sequence assembled, we advanced into the compositing stage, enhancing the video with custom motion graphics and design elements. This included integrating assets into green screens, building mockups, adding text animations, and layering additional effects to elevate the overall production value.
By combining AI-generated clips with crafted design components, we ensured each scene felt polished, dynamic, and visually cohesive. This step unified all elements into a seamless final narrative, delivering a professional and engaging visual experience.
